I have been a change agent in every media organization I've worked for, a champion of audience-first digital initiatives, and an advocate for diversity in newsrooms. I like to surround myself with people who genuinely care about changing the status quo and work across teams to drive results.

Interests
My book shelf is like my Spotify playlists—eclectic. I'm also a big geek at heart. Whether it's playing Nintendo Switch on the Amtrak, chatting about Marvel movies or tinkering with VR, my mind is always searching for the next big thing. I think the key to personal growth is to never stop learning.

But when I'm not tinkering with gadgets or devouring pop-culture, I'm constantly analyzing sustainable business models for journalism and digital media, something I consider core to a functional and healthy democracy. I love to mentor and sponsor young journalists and help knock down doors for folks who historically face barriers of upward mobility in the newsroom. Solving those problems make my career not just a job, but something I am deeply passionate about.
